After years of thinking about getting a website for my private therapy practice, but having no idea how to do that or whom to turn to, I happened upon an ad for Graphic Karma just when I was getting really serious about being an Internet presence.

Alicia at Graphic Karma was very reassuring and clear about the steps in development, and what to expect. She took the information I provided, asked me for my opinions and vision for the site, and very quickly developed a working model for me to critique. Best of all, with simple directions, she taught ME how to edit my own website at any time. I printed off her easy instructions and refer to them whenever I want to make a change. Weeks after I first contacted her, and for a much lower cost than I had anticipated, my site was up and running! It was very exciting and fulfilling to see my own ideas in the design. Friends and colleagues have complimented the site, saying it is interesting and easy to use. I have Alicia to thank for that.
