Alicia Weller, Creative Director
Alicia is a graphic artist, front end web developer and project manager determined to make a difference in the world by helping small businesses and non-profits compete in their market. She has experience working with computer novices and teams of developers. This means that no matter what background you are coming from, no matter what your needs are you will be working with someone who can relate to you and explain anything that helps your decision making process.
When she is off the job, Alicia enjoys oil painting, photography, traveling and walks in the woods. She also has a personal website/blog called Menagerie of Creativity, which she uses for miscellaneous ramblings and to showcase her art when she can find time to update it.

Robert Fischer, Technical Director
Robert Fischer is a web application developer, technical lead and open source contributor. Groovy on Grails is his language/framework of choice when developing website applications but he also has extensive experience with Ruby, Rails, Java and various other languages. Robert also presents new technologies to businesses and user groups, and writes for technical publications. Beyond his technical accomplishments, Robert Fischer is a proven leader with a strong background in technical leadership and pragmatic development.
When working on projects independently Robert consults under the registered alias of Smokejumper IT. He also has a popular blog called Enfranchised Mind.
